REGISTERED RETURNS

If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your footwear, you may return them within 7 working days of receiving them for a full refund. However, we would appreciate to be informed of your return as soon as possible so we can reserve it for another customer if need be.

Shoes that are purchased during  our FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE period are non returnable and non refundable. This applies to online and in store sales. Please make sure you thane this  into your consideration on the point of sale in shops and on our website.

Only try shoes on a soft, carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned unused and include any shoe bags, tags and spare heels that are part of the box experience. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected).

All refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.

It is compulsory to return your items using a trackable method. Do retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us in good form. Until we receive your footwear in good condition, they remain your responsibility.

We will email to confirm that your return has been received and your refund processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Goods can also be returned in person to our stores – please bring your online order receipt email with you. You will be credited via the original method of payment.
